摘要
采用高效液相色谱法检测大白菜中7种氨基甲酸酯类农药残留(涕灭威亚砜、涕灭威砜、灭多威、3-羟基克百威、涕灭威、克百威、甲萘威)。结果表明,在萃取过程中,甲醇+二氯甲烷的比例对涕灭威砜回收率的影响很大,分别用(1+99)、(2+98)、(3+97)、(4+96)、(5+95)比例的萃取液对样品进行处理,当甲醇+二氯甲烷的比例为(3+97)时涕灭威砜回收率最大,达到96.5%,当萃取液比例为(1+99)时,回收率最小,不到40%,而对其它6种农药回收率的影响不大。
Using high performance liquid chromatography( HPLC) method to detect seven kinds of carbamate pesticide residues in Chinese cabbage( Aldicarbsulfoxide,aldicarbsulfone,methomyl,3-hydroxy grams of budweiser,aldicarb,carbofuran,carbaryl).The result showed that in the process of extraction,the proportion of methanol + methylene chloride had a great influence on the recovery ratio of aldicarbsulphone,Respectively(1 + 99),(2 + 98),(3 + 97),(4 + 96),(5 + 95)proportion of the extract of the sample processing,when the proportion of methanol + methylene chloride for(3 + 97) aldicarbsulfone,recovery of 96.5%,When the rate of extracted liquid was(1 + 99),Recovery was the smallest,less than 40%,anda little effect on other 6 kinds of pesticide recovery.
