摘要
公信力是社会组织生命线,强公信力能够有效帮助社会组织实现高质量发展。现有关于社会组织的传播范式和监管范式大多只看到外部因素对于社会组织公信力的影响,难以清晰解释当前社会组织公信力依旧不高这一问题。本研究引入组织行动和能力视角,构建了一个关于社会组织公信力的有调节的中介模型。通过对J省社会组织等级评估数据分析发现:信息传播与组织行动会正向影响社会组织公信力,社会组织行动是社会组织传播影响公信力的重要中介变量;社会组织能力在传播与公信力关系中起调节作用,且社会组织能力能够在“传播—行动—公信力”这一中介关系中也起到调节作用。现阶段要提升社会组织的公信力,应该从自律和他律两方入手,不仅要提升组织信息公开传播程度,还要强化组织内部治理。
Concern for accountability has been intensified in recent years,following the rapid growth in the size of social organi-zations and their influence on society.Credibility is the foundation of social organizations,and strong accountability can be of effective assistance in the high-quality development of a social organization.In the 14th Five-Year Plan for the develop-ment of social organizations,it is demanded that social organizations strengthen self-construction,focus on internal gover-nance,and enhance their own competitiveness,to ensure the development of accountability and eventually a high-quality or-ganization.However,using the paradigm of communication and regulation,various scholars have identified multiple sources of accountability and have mainly zeroed in on the eternal effects on social organization accountability,which makes the low organization accountability of social organizations unexplainable.This research drawing on the theory of public trust and so-cial capital constructs a moderated mediating model on the accountability of the social organization.This research first exam-ines the correlation of accountability,communication,action,and capacity to show how these variables are positively inter-acted.It then conducts intermediary analysis and mediating effect analysis to elucidate the internal mechanism.The result of the study from the above analysis using data from social organization rating assessment in J province indicates that:firstly,information communication and organizational action will have a positive impact on the accountability of social organiza-tions,and organizational action is a significant intermediary variable in the process;secondly,organizational capacity of so-cial organizations plays a moderating role in the relationship between communication and accountability as well as the rela-tionship of“communication-action-accountability”.The understanding of the mechanism of social organization accountabili-ty facilitates deeper engagement with issues concerning the consolidatio
