摘要
专业是高职院校实施人才培养的基层教学组织单位。在厘清专业、专业评价定义的基础上,梳理了国内外高职院校内部专业评价研究与实践的主要成果,基于以人为本、成果导向和持续改进理念,通过专家咨询法和调查研究法,从专业定位、资源保障、目标实现、专业发展、社会服务等五个维度构建了高职院校内部专业评价指标体系、评价标准和专业评价机制,并开展了评价实践。
Specialty is the basic teaching unit for talents cultivation in higher vocational colleges. Based on clarifying the definition of specialty and specialty evaluation,the authors sorted out the main achievements of the research and practice of internal specialty evaluation in higher vocational colleges at home and abroad,constructed the internal specialty evaluation index system,its evaluation criteria and mechanism of higher vocational colleges from five dimensions,such as specialty orientation,resource guarantee,goal realization,professional development and social service,and carried out the evaluation practice.
