油田电网典型变电所智能化改造技术研究 被引量:1

摘要 针对大庆油田电网设备老化,自动化水平低,信息化应用不足的现状,以确保电网安全稳定运行为根本,充分利用智能设备、传感器等技术,按照“状态感知、数据共享、一键顺控、远程巡检、智能决策”的方向,实现大庆油田电网智能化。以油田典型的110 kV变电所为例,重点从倒闸操作智能化、设备巡视智能化和辅助生产管理智能化三个方面,研究智能化改造措施,可有效提高倒闸操作、事故处理的准确性和时效性,彻底实现人与设备的完全隔离,可靠保证操作人员的人身安全,真正达到本质安全。 In view of the current situation of aging power grid equipment, low automation level,and insufficient information application in Daqing Oilfield,in order to ensure the safe and stable operation of the power grid,the intelligent power grid of Daqing Oilfield is realized by making full use of intelligent equipment,sensors,and other technologies according to the direction of "state sensing,data sharing,one-key sequence control,remote inspection,and intelligent decision-making". Taking a typical 110 kV substation in the oilfield as an example,this paper focuses on three aspects of intelligent switching operation, intelligent equipment inspection, and intelligent auxiliary production management to study intelligent transformation measures, which can effectively improve the accuracy and timeliness of switching operation and accident treatment,totally realize the complete isolation between people and equipment,reliably ensure the personal safety of operators,and truly achieve intrinsic safety.
