摘要
介绍了东营市太阳能资源和胜利油田电网情况,论述了胜利油田新能源发展规划,在此基础上,对光伏电站接入胜利油田电网进行研究。分析了380 V电压接入要求、无功补偿、主变压器中性点保护、弱电网接入、通信组网、微电网接入、消纳能力等内容,并给出了接入流程和注意事项。
The solar energy resource of Dongying City and the power grid of Shengli Oilfield were introduced, and the new energy development plan of Shengli Oilfield was discussed.On this basis, the connection of the PV power station to the power grid of Shengli Oilfield was studied.The 380 V voltage connection requirement, reactive power compensation, neutral point protection of the main transformer, weak grid connection, communication networking, microgrid connection, absorption capacity, etc.were analyzed, and the connection process and precautions were given.
