摘要
针对杏北油田电力系统信息化建设中存在的数据信息多样却无法相互调用,在电力生产指挥工作中无法了解线路当前的运行状态及负荷变化原因,产能建设中供电电源就近搭接在已建线路上导致部分线路供电半径过长、停电影响井数多,机采系统电量统计不准确,电网线损计算困难等问题,研究建立了杏北油田电力大数据分析优化系统。该系统可对多源电力数据进行采集融合,建立了变电所出线与用电负荷的配输关系,生成了配电线路动态监测统计图形、曲线和报表,对波动变化进行综合分析,实现了配电网线损实时在线计算、用户网损分摊系数计算、电网规划模拟改造等功能;提升了电力系统的数字化、智能化水平,同时为智能电网时代的电力系统优化运行提供了新的思路。
Xingbei oilfield power system has encountered many problems,such as:diverse data infor-mation in the informatization construction which cannot call each other.In the work of power produc-tion command,it is impossible to understand the line’s current running state and the cause of load changes.In the production capacity construction,the power supply lines overlap on the existing lines nearby,which lead to the long power supply radius of some lines,a number of wells will be affected by power outage,the inaccurate statistics of electric quantity,and the difficult calculation of grid line loss,etc.To solve these problems,the power big data analysis and optimization system of the Xingbei oilfield is established.This system can realize the fusion and acquisition of multi-source power data,es-tablishes the distribution and transmission relationship between output line and power load of substa-tion,generates the dynamic monitoring statistics graph,curve and report of distribution line,analyzes the wave changes synthetically,and realizes the distribution network line loss real time online calcula-tion,user loss allocation coefficient calculation,power grid planning simulation reconstruction,and other functions.It improves the digitalization and intelligence level of the power system,and provides a new idea for the optimal operation of the power system in the era of smart grids.
