摘要
三元采出水的成分复杂稳定,是一种难处理的油田污水,油水分离困难。为此,对静置条件、pH值条件和气浮条件变化时的高钙型三元采出水分离特性进行了研究。研究表明,高钙型三元采出水主要因为三元驱油剂的加入、乳化严重,使得油珠聚并性和悬浮物沉降性能差。pH值的改变能够促进油水分离,当pH值降低时,悬浮固体含量呈现先升高后降低的变化,当pH值升高时悬浮固体含量呈降低趋势。在不辅加药剂的情况下,气浮处理对三元采出水的除油效果不明显,仅能去除26%的含油量,随着初始含油量的下降,除油率从26%降至8.8%。
The composition of ASP flooding produced water is complex and stable,and it is a kind of oilfield sewage which is difficult to treat. One of its characteristics is the difficulty of oil-water separation. For this,the separation characteristics of high calcium ASP flooding produced water are studied when the static conditions, pH conditions, and air flotation conditions are changed. The research shows that the high-calcium ASP flooding produced water is mainly due to the addition of oil displacement agent and serious emulsification,which makes the coalescence of oil droplets and the settling performance of suspended matter poor. The change of p H can promote the separation of oil and water.When pH decreases,the content of suspended solids increases first and then decreases,and when pH increases,the content of suspended solids decreases. Under the condition of no auxiliary chemicals,the oil removal effect of air flotation treatment on ASP flooding produced water is not obvious,and only 26% of oil content can be removed. With the decrease of initial oil content,the oil removal rate decreases from 26% to 8.8%.
