摘要
通过单因素实验法和正交实验法对J55钢在志丹采油厂某油区采出水的腐蚀行为进行研究。研究结果表明:氧腐蚀在井下腐蚀中占据重要位置,井温对在部分采出水无氧井的腐蚀占据主要因素。
Single factor experiment and orthogonal test were utilized to study the corrosion behaviors of J55 steels in the produced water in Zhidan oil production plant.The results showed that oxygen corrosion behaviors became a major factor in downhole corrosion,the downhole temperature was the dominant factor in other oil wells whose dissolved oxygen detection value was zero in produced water.
