摘要
通过高压反应釜和电化学工作站研究了J55油管钢在长庆油田某空气泡沫驱注入井不同O_(2)体积分数环境下腐蚀规律和特征,并借助扫描电镜和三维共聚焦显微镜表征了腐蚀产物的形貌,对腐蚀产物进行了XRD成分分析。结果表明:J55钢在模拟注入井环境下腐蚀速率随O_(2)体积分数增大而增大,表面腐蚀产物疏松且发生了明显的局部腐蚀;60℃时介质通入饱和O_(2)后腐蚀电流密度增大,电荷传递电阻值减小,均与形成的腐蚀产物层的保护性相关。
The corrosion law and characterization of J55 tubing steel under simulated flooding conditions with different O_(2) volume fractions were studied by high pressure autoclave and electrochemical workstation.And the appearance and composition of corrosion products were also analyzed by SEM,3D confocus microscope,EDS and XRD methods.The results showed that the corrosion rate of J55 steel in simulated flooding conditions environment increased with the increase of O_(2) volume fraction,the surface corrosion products were relatively loose,localized corrosion could be observed on the J55 substrate under the corrosion layer.When the corrosion medium was saturated with O_(2) at 60℃,the corrosion current density increased and the charge transfer resistance decreased,which were related to the protection properties of the formed corrosion product layer.
