摘要
氧腐蚀对井下油气开采造成较大威胁,目前有关注氮气工况下温度对井筒存在的氧腐蚀影响的研究较少。为此,模拟注气井筒高温高溶解氧含量腐蚀环境,开展腐蚀模拟评价试验,利用失重法测试腐蚀速率,结合腐蚀形态观察和腐蚀产物分析,研究了注气氧含量为0.7%时温度(70~110℃)对P110钢腐蚀行为的影响。结果表明:高温高压下氧腐蚀非常严重;在注气氧含量为0.7%时,70~110℃区间内随温度升高,腐蚀速率逐渐升高,并在110℃时腐蚀最为严重,腐蚀形态为不均匀的全面腐蚀;随温度升高,试样表面的凹槽以及蚀坑逐渐增多,腐蚀越严重。
With simulating the high-temperature and high dissolved oxygen content corrosive environment of the gas injection well and combi- ning with the corrosion morphology observation and corrosion product analysis, the effects of temperature on the corrosion behavior of P110 steel at 70-110℃ were studied by simulating corrosion evaluation test. Results showed that oxygen corrosion was very serious under high tempera- ture and high pressure. When the content of injected oxygen was 0.7%, the corrosion rate increased as the temperature was improved in the range of 70-110℃. At 110℃ , the corrosion became the most serious, and the corrosion morphology was non-uniform general corrosion. With the increase of temperature, the sample surface of the groove and the pits gradually increased, which indicated that the higher temperature led to the more serious corrosion.
