摘要
高硫酸盐油田采出水会导致油田管道腐蚀、结垢等一系列问题,严重影响油田的稳定生产。以新疆彩南油田采出水为研究对象,研制厌氧-好氧(A/O)生物反应器,开展高硫酸盐油田采出水生物处理试验,以含油量、悬浮固体含量、COD、硫酸盐等作为指标,评价A/O工艺处理高硫酸盐油田采出水的效能。利用气质联机(GC-MS)分析有机物降解特性。结果表明,在60天试验周期内,高硫酸盐采出水中含油、悬浮固体、 COD、硫酸盐平均去除率依次为92.97%、87.58%、64.73%、67.33%,且含油浓度和悬浮固体浓度均小于5 mg/L。对采出水中有机污染物检测分析表明,A/O工艺能够有效降解和转化采出水中有机污染物,提高出水水质。试验表明A/O生物工艺能够作为高硫酸盐油田采出水的一项重要处理技术。
The produced water of high sulfate oilfield will lead to a series of problems such as pipeline corrosion and scaling,which will seriously affect the stable production of the oilfield.Taking the produced water of Cainan Oilfield in Xinjiang as the research object,an anaerobic-aerobic(A/O) bioreactor is developed,and the biological treatment experiment of high sulfate oilfield produced water is carried out.The oil content,suspended solids content,COD,sulfate,etc.are used as indicators to evaluate the efficiency of A/O process in treating high sulfate oilfield produced water.GC-MS is used to analyze the degradation characteristics of organic compounds.The results show that the average removal rates of oil,suspended solids,COD,and sulfate in high sulfate oilfield produced water by A/O process are 92.97%,87.58%,64.73%,and 67.33%,respectively,in the 60-day test period,and the oil content and suspended solids content are all less than 5 mg/L.The detection and analysis of organic pollutants in the produced water show that A/O process can effectively degrade and transform organic pollutants in the produced water and improve the effluent quality.The experiment shows that anaerobicaerobic(A/O) biological process can be used as an important processing technology for high sulfate oilfield produced water.
