摘要
本文分析了某220kV变电站GIS断路器A相合闸异常的事故。针对该开关进行间隙检查、机械特性试验和开关垂直传动杆润滑后的机械特性试验,结合现场检查、测量及各类测试结果进行分析后发现引起此次事故的根本原因是弹簧存在疲劳,致使合闸弹簧输出功降低,进而导致合闸不到位的情况。本文针对此次事故进行了严谨的分析并对该批次弹簧提出了多项解决措施和建议,提高了设备的可靠性,满足电网正常运行。
This paper analyzes the accident of abnormal closing of phase a of GIS circuit breaker in a 220 kV substation.According to the clearance inspection,mechanical characteristic test and mechanical characteristic test of the switch after the lubrication of the vertical transmission rod,combined with the on-site inspection,measurement and various test results,it is found that the root cause of the accident is the fatigue of the spring,resulting in the reduction of the output power of the closing spring,which leads to the failure of closing in place.This paper makes a rigorous analysis of the accident,and puts forward a number of solutions and suggestions for this batch of springs,which improves the reliability of the equipment and meets the normal operation of the power grid.
