摘要
针对GIS设备SF_6气体泄漏问题,文中将包扎法粗略估计与红外检漏法精确定位两种检测手段相结合,参照设备内部结构,根据现场实践经验,提出了一种利用故障树查明泄漏根源的分析方法。同时,制定出有针对性的预防措施,从设计制造工艺、安装工艺和日常维护等方面总结经验,加以改进,避免类似故障再次发生,具有一定的应用价值。
In response to the problems of SF6 leakage in GIS equipment, an analysis method has been proposed which can effectively identify the causes of leakage using the idea of fault tree. This method combines the approximate estimate by a "bandaging" method and the precise location identification using infrared leak detection method and takes full account of the internal structure of the equipment and field experience. At the same time, prevention measures are derived based on experiences accumulated from the manufacturing process, installation process and routine maintenance to avoid the reoccurrence of similar faults, thus having practical importance for system operation.
