摘要
针对某500 kV变电站220 kV GIS断路器液压机构合后即分与合闸滞后故障,结合后台监控SOE动作记录和保护动作情况,通过对机构本体和控制回路逐个排查,最终确定根本原因是油中杂质导致控制阀阀芯运动卡涩和合闸线圈故障造成合闸电动力不足,并提出了有效的改进措施,通过试验验证了预期效果。
Aiming at the faults of closing delay and 220 kV GIS circuit breaker automatically tripped after closing,combined with background monitoring SOE action record and protection action,through the investigation of the body and the control circuit one by one,it is finally determined that the root cause is that the impurities in the oil cause the movement of the control valve spool to be jammed,and the closing coil fault causes the insufficient closing electric power.Effective improvement measures are put forward,and the expected effect is verified by experiments.
