摘要
目的:探讨经皮穿刺消融治疗肝癌的临床效果及对生活质量与骨髓抑制率的影响。方法:选取营口市中心医院2018年4月-2020年4月收治的肝癌患者62例,随机分为对照组和研究组,每组31例,对照组应用经肝动脉化疗栓塞术治疗,研究组应用经皮穿刺消融治疗。对两组患者的治疗效果、生活质量、骨髓抑制率、甲胎蛋白水平及住院时间进行比较。结果:研究组疗效优于对照组(P<0.05);治疗后,研究组生活质量(QOL)评分高于对照组(P<0.05);研究组骨髓抑制率低于对照组(P<0.05);治疗后,研究组甲胎蛋白水平低于对照组;研究组住院时间短于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:应用经皮穿刺消融治疗肝癌患者,具有明显的临床效果,有利于提高肝癌患者的生活质量,改善其预后情况,同时,还可以缩短肝癌患者的住院时间,降低骨髓抑制率和甲胎蛋白水平的表达,创伤性小,安全性高,在临床上值得进一步应用推广。
Objective:To investigate the effect of percutaneous puncture ablation in the treatment of liver cancer and its influence on the quality of life and the bone marrow suppression rate.Method:A total of 62 patients with liver cancer in Yingkou Central Hospital from April 2018 to April 2020 were selected and randomly divided into control group and study group,with 31 cases in each group.The control group was treated with transcatheter arterial chemoembolization,and the study group was treated with percutaneous puncture ablation.The treatment effect,quality of life,bone marrow suppression rate,alpha fetoprotein level and hospitalization time of the two groups were compared.Result:The curative effect of the study group was better than that of the control group(P<0.05);after treatment,the quality of life(QOL)score of the study group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05);the bone marrow suppression rate of the study group was lower than that of the control group(P<0.05);after treatment,the alpha fetoprotein level of the study group was lower than that of the control group,and the hospitalization time of the study group was shorter than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The application of percutaneous puncture ablation in the treatment of liver cancer patients has obvious therapeutic effect,is conducive to improve the quality of life of patients with liver cancer,improve their prognosis,at the same time,can also shorten the length of hospital stay,reduce the bone marrow suppression rate and the expression of alpha fetoprotein level,less trauma,high safety,worthy of further application and promotion in clinical.
