摘要
肝癌是中国临床上常见的恶性肿瘤,包括原发性肝癌和继发性肝癌。在最近的十几年内,经肝动脉灌注化疗(hepatic arterial infusion chemotherapy,HAIC)在肝癌的临床治疗中显示出安全性和有效性,为许多中晚期肝癌患者提供了更多的治疗选择。本文就HAIC在原发性和继发性肝癌中的应用、HAIC与其他治疗方式的比较以及HAIC的未来前景进行综述。
Liver cancer is a common malignant tumor in China,including primary liver cancer and secondary liver cancer.In recent ten years,hepatic arterial infusion chemotherapy(HAIC)has gradually shown its safety and effectiveness in the clinical treatment of liver cancer,providing more treatment options for many intermediate and advanced patients.This paper reviews the application of HAIC in primary and secondary liver cancer,the comparison between HAIC and other treatment methods,and the future prospect of HAIC.
