摘要
培养创新型工程技术人才,是促进我国高等工程教育改革的重要举措。教育理念陈旧,工程教育师资队伍薄弱,学生普遍工程实践能力差,创造性解决实际工程问题的能力不足,是我国工程教育的共性问题。转变教育理念,建设一支高素质的教师队伍,提高实践环节的教学质量,切实加强对学生动手能力的培养,是当今全面提高创新型工程教育质量的根本保证。
Cultivating innovative engineering talents is an important measure to promote the reform of higher engineering education in our country.The common problems of engineering education in our country are that the educational concept is old,the teaching staff is weak,the engineering practice ability of students in engineering colleges is poor,and the ability to solve practical engineering problems creatively is insufficient.It is the fundamental guarantee to improve the quality of innovative engineering education to change the educational idea,to build a high-quality teaching staff,to improve the teaching quality of practical links and to strengthen the training of students′ practical ability.
