摘要
通过超低甲醛整理剂SDP和1,2,3,4-丁烷四羧酸无甲醛抗皱整理剂分别对棉织物进行抗皱整理,并测试其抗皱性能。该实验激发了学生对于纺织化学与染整学科前沿知识研究的兴趣,深入理解抗皱整理剂结构与性能之间的关系,培养了学生的创新思维能力和工程化实践能力。结合工程教育专业认证要求,通过对染整工艺实验教学改革的探索,有效地提高了课程的教学效果,满足了新工科和双一流计划下行业发展对培养具有创新型工程技术人才的需求。
The ultra-low formaldehyde finishing agent SDP and 1,2,3,4-butanetetracarboxylic acid formaldehyde-free anti-wrinkle finishing agent were used for anti-wrinkle finishing of cotton fabrics respectively, and their anti-wrinkle properties were tested. The experiment stimulated students’ interest in the frontier knowledge of textile chemistry and dyeing and finishing disciplines, deeply understood the relationship between the structure of anti-wrinkle finishing agent and its anti-wrinkle performance, trained students’ innovative thinking ability and engineering practice ability. Meanwhile, according to the requirements of engineering education professional accreditation, the teaching effect of the course was effectively improved through the exploration of the experimental teaching reform of dyeing and finishing technology, and met the needs of industry development under the new engineering and the double first-rate plans to develop an innovative engineering and technical talent demand.
