台湾地区老年大学课程的演变逻辑及启示

摘要 老年大学课程是老年大学教育的核心要件。台湾地区老年大学的课程样态历经从“乐而忘忧”到“老有所为”的深刻转型。其演变的逻辑表现为老龄化理论是课程演变的关键因素,社会背景的变化是课程演变的重要外部条件,“一主一辅”机制是课程演变的重要内部条件。检视目前大陆老年大学课程存在的一些问题,借鉴台湾地区的经验,建议大陆老年大学课程要坚持以积极老龄化理论为指导,以老年人多层次、多方面的需求为导向,构建以生命为本体、社会为本位的课程内容,建构系统、多元课程结构,从而充分发挥政府统筹引领作用和高等院校智力资源优势。 The university curriculum for the elderly is the core element of university education for the elderly. The curriculum pattern of universities for the elderly in Taiwan has experienced a profound transformation from "happy and forgetful" to "promising for the elderly". The logic of its evolution is that the aging theory is the key mechanism of curriculum evolution, the change of social background is an important external condition of curriculum evolution, and the "one main and one auxiliaries" mechanism is an important internal condition of curriculum evolution. This paper examines some problems existing in the current Chinese mainland university curriculum for the elderly, draws lessons from the experience of Taiwan, and suggests that the Chinese mainland university curriculum for the elderly should adhere to the guidance of the theory of positive aging and the multi-level and multifaceted needs of the elderly, build the curriculum content with life as the noumenon and society as the standard, build a systematic and diversified curriculum structure, and give full play to the overall leading role of the government and the advantages of intellectual resources of colleges and universities.
