养教结合理念下社区老年教育实践模式、存在问题及策略建构 被引量:6

摘要 近年来,我国基于养教结合理念下的社区老年教育已经取得了一定的进展,形成了一定的模式,表现为:养老机构释放潜能,自主办学;政府牵头,养教结盟;校社联动,开展配送服务;打造社区学习共同体,开展共学养老;实施人文行走,开展游学活动。但是,实践中也存在一些问题,如老年人养老观念滞后,参与教育与学习的动力不足;制度建设欠完善,相关政策实际可操作性不强;管理体制欠合理,部门协同力不足;办学机构少,资源整合力不够;课程体系欠完善,缺乏人文关照;数字化平台建设滞后,技术服务不到位。针对实践中存在的问题,今后的建构策略如下:加大宣传,引导全社会树立养教结合新理念;完善立法,保驾护航;理顺管理体制,提高服务效能;激发社会活力,打造社会化参与格局;服务为本,完善课程体系建设;夯实数字化平台根基,完善各项服务。 In recent years, the combination of nursing and education in the community education for the elderly has made some progress and some modes have already taken shape, shown as follows:(1)elderly institutions have released their potential and run their own schools,(2)the government has taken the lead and allied with education for the elderly,(3)school and community initiatives have been joint for distribution services,(4) community learning communities have been established and common learning for the elderly has been conducted, and(5)humanistic walking and study tours have been carried out. However, there are still some problems in practice, including(1)a lagging concept of elderly care and insufficient motivation to participate in education and learning,(2)imperfect system construction and lack of operability of relevant policies,(3)unreasonable management system and insufficient coordination of departments,(4)few school-running institutions and insufficient resource integration,(5)imperfect curriculum system and lack of humanistic care,(6)lagging digital platform construction and inadequate technical services. In view of the problems in practice, the following are the strategies for future construction:(1)guiding the whole society to establish a new concept of combination of nursing and education through increasing the intensity of publicity,(2)improving legislation to escort the combination of nursing and education in community education for the elderly,(3)rationalizing the management system to improve the effectiveness of services,(4)stimulating social vitality and create a social participation pattern,(5)being service-oriented to improve the development of the curriculum system,(6)strengthening the roots of the digital platform to improve the services.
