鹅粪肠球菌分离鉴定及耐药与毒力基因检测 被引量:1

摘要 【目的】为该送检病死鹅病的实验室诊断提供参考资料,并探明对该病原的耐药机制和致病机理进行初步探讨。【方法】用8只病死鹅的肝脏组织进行病原菌的分离鉴定、体外抑菌试验及其耐药和毒力基因检测。【结果】从上述病死鹅肝脏组织中分离到1株革兰氏阳性链状排列的球菌。同源性分析显示:该菌为粪肠球菌;该菌耐药性强,仅对头孢噻呋钠和头孢喹肟中度敏感。该菌携带卡那霉素类耐药基因aadA1、头孢菌素类耐药基因blaCMY-2、β-内酰胺类耐药基因blatem-1和磺胺类耐药基因Sul1;该菌携带毒力基因有:明胶酶基因gelE,胶原蛋白黏附素基因ace,心内膜抗原基因efaA。【结论】从病死鹅分离到1株粪肠球菌,该菌携带多重耐药基因和多个毒力因子。 [Objective]The aim of this paper weres to identify a suspected Enterococcus faecalis strain isolated from 8 dead goose and study its drug resistance and virulence genes.[Methods]The pathogenic bacteria were isolated and identified from the liver tissue of dead goose,and their drug resistance and virulence genes were detected and in vitro bacteriostatic test was performed.[Results]A streptomyces Gram-positive bacteria strain was isolated.Homology analysis showed that the strain was Enterococcus faecalis,which had high drug resistance and was only moderately sensitive to ceftiofur sodium and cefquinome.The bacteria carried the kanamycins resistance gene aadA1,the cephalosporin resistance gene blaCMY-2,theβ-lactam resistance gene blatem-1 and Sul1.The virulence genes were gelatinase gene gelE,glial protein adhesin gene ace and endocardial antigen gene efaA.[Conclusion]A strain of Enterococcus faecalis isolated from dead goose which carries multiple drug-resistant genes and virulence factors.
