摘要
总结了近年来聚酰胺6的关键制备技术;列举了聚酰胺6的先进改性技术,如纳米复合、共聚、增韧、纤维增强、抗菌、阻燃等;近年来越来越多的研究者以聚酰胺6为基体,引入其他功能性组分作为改性剂来获得功能性聚酰胺6复合材料。最后,概述了目前聚酰胺6在汽车、电子电气、包装、纤维和其他领域的应用,指出了当前聚酰胺6及其改性产品在各领域的发展现状,并对高性能聚酰胺6的应用进行了展望。
Key preparation technologies for polyamide 6 are summarized on the basis of worldwide research reports in recent years.Advanced modification technologies for polyamide 6 are listed,including nanocomposite,copolymerization,toughening,fiber reinforcement,antibacterial,flame retardant,etc.More and more researchers obtain functional polyamide 6 composite materials through using polyamide 6 as the matrix and adding other functional components as modifiers.Current application situation of polyamide 6 in automobiles,electrical and electronic,packaging,fiber and other fields is reviewed.The development status of polyamide 6 and its modified products in various fields are described,and the application of high-performance polyamide 6 is prospected in the future.
