摘要
为考察尼龙弹性体(TPAE)作为增韧剂使用的性能,使用马来酸酐接枝乙烯-辛烯共聚物(POE-g-MAH)和两种TPAE(硬度分别为30D,45D)作为增韧剂添加至尼龙6树脂,研究不同增韧剂添加量情况下,改性尼龙6的性能的变化规律。研究发现,材料的拉伸强度、弯曲强度、耐热性能和流动性都随着增韧剂用量的增加而下降,而且下降比例高于添加比例,POE-g-MAH和45D弹性体表现差异不大,30D弹性体则下降较多;断裂伸长率和缺口冲击强度则随着增韧剂添加量的增加而升高。当添加量不超过10%时,POE-g-MAH增韧效果与45D和30D差别不大,当添加量大于15%时,POE-g-MAH增韧效果明显优于45D和30D,但也使尼龙6材料的流动性降低得更多。另外,30D和45D与尼龙6的相容性好,其合金的差示扫描量热谱图上只出现一个熔融峰。
In order to investigate properties of modified nylon6 including thermoplastic polyamide elastomer(TPAE)as a toughing agent.Maleic anhydride grafted ethylene-octene copolymer(POE-g-MAH)and two grades of TPAE,30D and 45D were added to nylon6 resin as components to found how the mechanical properties change with their proportion.It is found that tensile strength,flexural strength,vicat softening point and melt flow rate of modified nylon6 decrease as the toughing agent increase,and the decrease ratio is higher than the addition ratio.There is little differene between POE-g-MAH and 45D in above mentioned properties,while 30D effect them much.The Elongation at break and impact strength rise as the adding proportion increases.When the addition of toughing agent is no more than 10 percent,toughening effect of POE-g-MAH is not much different from that of 45D and 30D.As the proportion is more than 15 percent,toughening effect of POE-g-MAH is much better than 45D and 30D,at the same time decreasing the flowability much than 45D and 30D.30D and 45D also have good compatibility with nylon6,for only one melting peak is investigated in the differential scanning calorimetry thermogram of modified nylon6.
