摘要
UN5014是专为注塑制品开发的一种高黑度炭黑色母,按一定的比例把UN5014加到(丙烯腈/丁二烯/苯乙烯)共聚物(ABS)中,注塑成制品,考察其对ABS分散性、黑度和力学性能的影响,并将其与市场上一种高性能的炭黑色母进行比较。结果表明,UN5014在分散性、黑度和力学性能方面和这种高性能炭黑色母相当,某些性能则优于这种高性能炭黑色母。
UN5014 black masterbatch was researched for engineering plastic which provides higher jetness for injection molding products.The effect of UN5014 with different amount added in ABS resin on the properties of the injection molding products was studied by measuring dispersivity,blackness and mechanical properties,and it was compared with common high property black masterbatch.The result showed that UN5014 could replace some higher properties black masterbatch in the market without reducing using properties,even enhancing property of materials.
