摘要
随着社会分工不断细化,对于大型制造企业来讲,由部件到零件、从零件到制造工序,供应链上的各环节也趋于专业化、单一化。而承担各零件加工、工序加工的企业多为中小企业,其质量管理水平相对较弱,如何更好地进行供应商开发、扶持,S公司提出了电站锅炉设备供应链质量管理“五维度”策略和管理模式。从准入到培养,从监管到共同提升,对供应链进行全过程、全方位的管理,进而有效提升电站锅炉设备质量。
With the continuous refinement of social division of labor,for large manufacturing enterprises,from components to parts,from parts to manufacturing processes,each link in the supply chain tends to become specialized and unitary.While the companies that undertake each part processing,process processing are mostly small and medium-sized enterprises,their quality management level is relatively weak.How to better carry out supplier development,S company proposed a power station boiler equipment supply chain quality management fivedimensional strategy and management model.From access to training,from supervision to joint improvement,the all-round management of the whole process of supply chain can effectively improve the quality of power station boiler equipment.
