摘要
随着国内加工含硫原油和高硫原油的数量不断增加,大型炼油厂已逐步进入改造和升级阶段,液态烃球罐在长周期运行中湿硫化氢腐蚀现象尤为普遍。球壳内表面与焊缝处经常出现腐蚀坑和沟槽等,甚至出现严重的开裂情况,影响球罐的安全运行。对近年来采取涂层防护的液态烃球罐进行调研发现,与传统的热喷铝相比,采用阴极保护涂层(ZARE)防护效果更佳,可以降低液态烃球罐发生硫化物应力腐蚀开裂(SSCC)的风险,能够为液态烃球罐提供经济有效的防护。
With the continuous increase of processing amount of sour crude oil and high sulfur crude oil in China,large-scale refineries have gradually entered into the stage of transformation and upgrading.The phenomenon of wet hydrogen sulfide corrosion is particularly common during the long-term operation of liquid hydrocarbon spherical tank.Corrosion pits,grooves and serious cracks frequently appear on the inner surface of spherical shell and welds,which greatly affect the safe operation of spherical tank.Based on the studies of liquid hydrocarbon spherical tanks with coating in recent years,it is demonstrated that cathodic protection coating(ZARE)has better protection effect when compared with traditional thermal spraying aluminum,which can reduce the risk of sulfide stress corrosion cracking(SSCC)and provide reliable protection for liquid hydrocarbon spherical tank.
