摘要
介绍了稳定塔顶冷却器小浮头螺栓断裂的基本情况。通过对螺栓成分、金相组织、断口微观形貌的分析以及硬度检测等,得出螺栓断裂主要是由于在湿硫化氢腐蚀环境中,螺栓本身较高的硬度使螺栓对硫化物应力腐蚀开裂的敏感性相应增大,腐蚀凹坑部位存在应力集中,产生了应力腐蚀裂纹的起裂,并最终导致了螺栓的断裂。
The basic situation of the breakage of the small floating head bolts of the cooler on the top of the stabilized tower is introduced.Based on analysis of the composition,metallographic structure,fracture microstructure and hardness test of the bolt,it is concluded that the bolt fracture is mainly due to increase of sensitivity of the bolt on stress corrosion cracking of sulfide caused by the high hardness of the bolt itself in the wet hydrogen sulfide corrosive environment,and the initiation of stress corrosion cracks caused by the concentrated stress in the corrosion pits.
