摘要
本文通过对单塔汽提装置汽提塔腐蚀泄漏案例分析,从工艺流程,腐蚀环境,腐蚀形貌,操作参数变化等方面,分析汽提塔腐蚀泄漏原因主要是操作压力略高出设计压力,硫化氢在水溶液中的分压增大,进而在局部产生酸性水腐蚀和湿硫化氢应力腐蚀开裂等腐蚀环境,引发焊缝热影响区腐蚀开裂,产生细小裂纹并发生泄漏。为避免此类腐蚀影响装置正常生产,建议及时调节汽提塔操作压力,升级汽提塔材质等级,同时加强测厚。
Based on the case analysis of stripper corrosion leakage in single tower stripper,this paper analyzes the causes of stripper corrosion leakage from the aspects of process flow,corrosion environment,corrosion morphology,change of operation parameters,etc.the main reasons are that the operating pressu re is slightly higher than the design pressure,the partial pressure of hydrogen sulfide in aqueous solution i ncreases,and then acid water corrosion and wet hydrogen sulfide stress corrosion cracking occur locally C orrosion environment leads to corrosion cracking in the heat affected zone of the weld,resulting in small c racks and leakage.In order to avoid such corrosion affecting the normal production of the unit,it is recom mended to adjust the operating pressure of the stripper in time,upgrade the material grade of the stripper,and strengthen the thickness measurement.
