无排架技术在破碎围岩高边坡造孔施工中的应用 被引量:1

摘要 搭设排架进行边坡造孔施工需要排架搭设、拆除、运装,投入大量人员、钢管、时间及费用,过程中排架构件及钻机倒运不便,坡面支护不及时,时常发生排架坍塌、高空坠落、边坡失稳坍塌等安全事件,制约下级边坡开挖施工。采用无排架对边坡造孔施工,操作平台结构简单,安拆及移动方便,组成构件重量轻,缩短工期,节约成本,降低人员劳动强度,减小作业安全风险。 The erection of bent frame for slope hole-making requires bent erection,removal and shipment,and a large number of personnel,steel pipes,time and expenses are invested.During construction,due to inconvenient reverse transport of drainage structures and drilling rigs,untimely slope support,safety events such as bent collapse,fall at high altitude,slope instability and collapse often occur,which restricts excavation construction of lower slope.In this paper,the construction of side slope holes without bent is adopted.Its operating platform is simple in structure,convenient in installation,removal and movement,and light in weight.It can shorten the construction period,save costs,reduce labor intensity and reduce work safety risks.
