摘要
为了获得大坝防渗墙造孔、固壁泥浆、墙体浇筑等施工工艺和施工参数,笔者结合某水库沥青混凝土心墙堆石坝坝基防渗墙生产性试验,从导墙施工、造孔施工、泥浆护壁、清孔施工、预埋灌浆管、墙体混凝土浇筑、槽段连接等方面对施工工艺和施工参数进行了研究,并通过钻孔取芯、钻孔全景数字成像、分段注水试验、芯样室内物理力学性能试验、声波检测等技术手段对试验段进行检查。检查结果表明:防渗墙生产性试验施工过程符合要求;墙体混凝土强度、抗渗性、抗冻性等指标满足设计要求;防渗墙试验施工方法可适用于防渗墙施工。试验结果可为坝基防渗墙施工提供依据。
In order to obtain the construction technology and construction parameters of the dam cutoff wall,such as hole making,wall fixing slurry,wall pouring,etc.,in combination with the production test of the dam foundation cutoff wall of a reservoir asphalt concrete core rockfill dam,the authors study the construction teclinology and construction parameters from the aspects of guide wall construction,hole making construction,slurry wall protection,hole cleaning construction,embedded grouting pipe,wall concrete pouring,slot section connection,etc.,and the test section shall be inspected by means of drilling and coring,panoramic digital imaging,segmented water injection test,indoor physical and mechanical property test of core samples,acoustic detection and other technical means.The inspection results show that the production test construction process of the cutoff wall meets the requirements;The wall concrete strength,impermeability,frost resistance and other indicators meet the design requirements;The construction method of the cutoff wall test can be applied to the construction of the cutoff wall.The test results can provide a basis for the construction of dam foundation cutoff wall.
