摘要
某铁矿采场围岩破碎、稳定性差,计划采用底部出矿嗣后充填法开采,特开展采切工程布置及支护方案优化研究。首先针对复杂破碎矿体,结合底部出矿嗣后充填采矿法要求,在现有开掘巷道的基础上,提出-230 m底部结构、-215 m诱导拉底、-185及-170 m切帮等工程布置形式。其次结合围岩稳定性、工程重要性与受采动作用条件等因素,提出一般破碎围岩、局部破碎围岩、发生明显变形等地质条件及使用条件下的采准巷道加强支护技术。最后优化采切工程的掘进方式及爆破参数。经实践验证,采切巷道布置形式及支护取得较好效果,研究成果可为类似矿山提供借鉴。
The surrounding rock of an iron ore is broken and the stability is poor.It is planned to use the bottom ore drawing and subsequent filling mining method.For this reason,the optimization research on the layout of the mining and cutting engineering and the support scheme is carried out.Firstly,aiming at the complex broken ore body,combined with the requirements of the bottom ore drawing and subsequent filling mining method,on the basis of the existing excavation roadway,the engineering layout forms such as-230 m bottom structure,-215 m induced bottom pulling,-185 and-170 m cutting side are proposed.Secondly,combined with the stability of surrounding rock,engineering importance and mining conditions and other factors,it is proposed to strengthen the support technology of mining roadway under the geologi⁃cal conditions and the use conditions of general broken surrounding rock,local broken surrounding rock and obvious deformation.Finally,the excavation method and blasting parameters are optimized.It has been proved by practice that the layout and support of mining roadway have achieved good results,and the re⁃search results can provide reference for similar mines.
