摘要
试验研究了在麻豌豆芽苗菜生长的不同时期,施用环保酵素对其生长状况及品质的影响。采用三因素多水平方式研究浸种时间、酵素稀释倍数、施肥方式对麻豌豆芽苗菜发芽率、根长、芽长、鲜重、叶片数、叶面积以及叶绿素、蛋白质、可溶糖含量的影响。试验结果表明,在种子萌发阶段,12 h浸种、50倍酵素稀释液对麻豌豆萌发的促进效果最佳;在生长阶段,以50倍酵素稀释液施用对麻豌豆生长促进效果最佳,20倍、100倍时次之;施肥方式方面,喷施和灌溉混合施肥的促进作用最佳,喷施和灌溉两种方式分别施用的促进作用次之。研究证明了环保酵素的施用有助于促进芽苗菜生长、提高其产量及品质,为麻豌豆的生产实践提供理论依据,也为蔬菜废弃物综合利用开辟新途径。
The effect of application of garbage enzyme diluent at different dilution ratio on the growth and quality of spotted colored pea sprout at different growth stages were studied.The effects of different soaking times,dilution ratios and fertilization methods on the germination rate,root length,germinal length,fresh weight,leaf number,leaf area,and content of chlorophyll,protein and soluble sugar of spotted colored pea sprout were studied through triple-factor multi-level method.The results showed that 12 hours of soaking in 50 times enzyme diluent had the best promotion on germination of spotted colored pea;50 times enzyme diluent had the best promotion on growth of spotted colored pea sprout,followed by 20 times and 100 times;the combination of spraying with irrigation fertilization had the best effect,followed by applying of two fertilization methods,respectively.This study suggests that the application of garbage enzyme help to promote the growth of spotted colored pea sprout and improve its yield and quality,thus providing theoretical basis for the production of spotted colored pea and a new way for comprehensive utilization of vegetable waste.
