摘要
当前高校学生评价仍存在结果性的评价导向、过于窄化的评价内容以及比较滞后的评价技术等问题。新时代的高校学生评价指向学生的全面发展,现代信息技术也为教育评价技术进一步发展提供了契机。基于此,构建新时代学生全面发展的过程性评价体系,秉持系统性原则,兼顾共性与个性原则、动态调整原则以及可操作性原则,融合电子档案、区块链技术、增值评价模型以及智能采集等现代信息技术,从道德修养、核心认知能力以及身体素质三个方面对学生进行评价。
At present,there are still some problems in the evaluation of college students,such as result-oriented evaluation,narrowed evaluation content and relatively lagging evaluation technology.In the new era,the student evaluation in higher education institutions must be directed towards the students’all-round development.Moreover,modern information technology has also provided opportunities for the development of educational evaluation technology.Consequently,the process evaluation system of students’all-round development needs to be constructed in the new era.The system adheres to the following principles:the systematic principle,and the principle of commonality and individuality,dynamic adjustment as well as operability.The system also integrates the modern information technologies,such as electronic archives,blockchain technology,value-added evaluation model and intelligent collection.By the system,students can be evaluated from three aspects,i.e.,moral cultivation,core cognitive ability and physical quality.
