摘要
随着航空计算机系统的发展进步,航空计算机电磁兼容性(EMC)的设计越来越复杂。晶振电路作为计算机系统中时钟的基准,其良好的EMC设计愈发重要。为了提高晶振电路的EMC性能,本文设计了三种晶振滤波电路,通过对比信号仿真及电磁仿真结果,最终提供了最佳的晶振滤波电路设计,有效降低晶振电路电磁辐射,从而提高航空计算机系统的可靠性。
With the rapid development of aviation computer system,the electromagnetic compatibility(EMC)design of aviation computer system is more and more important.As the reference clock in the computer system,the EMC design of the crystal oscillator circuit also is more and more significant.In order to improve the EMC of the crystal oscillator circuit,this paper designs three filter circuits.Combined with the analysis and comparison of signal simulation and electromagnetic field results,this paper finally provides the best crystal oscillator filter circuit design,which effectively reduces the electromagnetic radiation of the crystal oscillator circuit,thereby improving the reliability of the aviation computer system.
