摘要 为有效提升单片机PLC控制系统的抗干扰能力,指出了单片机PLC控制系统的干扰因素,包括电源波形的畸变干扰、电路耦合干扰、输入元器件触点的抖动干扰、电容性和电感性干扰、波干扰等。提出了提升单片机PLC控制系统抗干扰能力的途径:制定合理的硬件设计方案,加强抗干扰能力。应采用优良电源,建立准确的接地系统,提出有效的输入、输出配线方法,采用科学的电缆敷设方式,减小空间电磁辐射的干扰。采用光电隔离技术,进行合理的软件设计,屏蔽可能出现的错误信号,利用时间检测提示,有效消除触点可能存在的抖动干扰。应用数字滤波技术,进行软件冗余,设定软件陷阱,做好数据备份。通过科学规划硬件线路,严格按照相关标准和要求设计软件,灵活多变地运用编程,增强PLC控制系统的抗干扰效果,确保其稳定运行,促进工业设施的应用发展。 In order to effectively improve the anti-interference ability of SCM PLC control system,the study points out the interference factors of SCM PLC control system,such as distortion interference of the power supply waveform,hookup interference,shaking interference of input component contacts,interference of capacitive and inductive character,and wave interference,etc.The path for the improvement of anti-interference ability of SCM PLC control system is proposed,i.e.to formulate rational hardware design scheme,and strengthen anti-interference ability.It is suggested to apply good power supply,establish accurate grounding system,improve effective input and output wiring method,adopt scientific cable laying mode,and reduce the interference of spatial electromagnetic radiation;adopt optoelectronic isolation technology,rationally design software,block possible error signals,utilize detection time hint,effectively eliminate possible shaking interference;apply digital filter technique,make software redundancy,set software trap,do well in data backup;scientifically plan hardware line,strictly design software according to related standards and requirements,flexibly apply programming,promote anti-interference effect of PLC control system,ensure its stable operation,and promote the application development of industrial facility.
