摘要
在人们的生活和某些工业生产中,会涉及有关液体液位控制的问题,但水箱液位往往自动控制效果不佳.首先介绍了水箱液位控制的现状及不足,然后进行了自抗扰控制器的设计,在传统PID的基础上结合自抗扰控制技术.其次,对硬件系统进行了设计与选择,最后通过下位机编程,上位机组态,程序运行和上位机画面监控及实验结果分析,该控制系统对水箱液位自动化控制效果有了很大的提高.
In people′s life and some industrial production,will involve the problem of liquid level control,but the water tank level is often automatic control effect is not good.This paper first introduced the status quo of water tank level control and control deficiencies,and then carried on the design of active disturbance rejection controller,based on the traditional PID combined with active disturbance rejection control technology.Secondly,the hardware system of this design system was designed and selected.Finally,through the lower computer programming,upper computer state,program running and upper computer screen monitoring and experimental results analysis,the control system had achieved the automatic control effect of water tank liquid level had been greatly improved.
