摘要
针对大滞后、非线性的二容水箱实验系统,进行了变速积分PID控制研究。在该方法中,分析了变速积分PID控制,推导其控制算法,整定了相关参数。在MATLAB语言环境下编写三种PID控制程序,并将程序应用于二容水箱实验系统,从实验运行结果可见,变速积分PID控制比普通PID控制和积分分离PID控制效果都好,表明使用该控制方法的正确性和优越性。
This paper put forward a changing integration rate PID control approach for the 2-container water tank experiment system with lumping lag and nonlinear characteristic. In this method, analyses the controller of changing integration rate PID, deduces the control arithmetic, adjusts their parameters. It programs three control program in matlab ,and runs the program on the 2-container water tank system. Finally, the result shows that this method is rationality and superiority.
