摘要 在高职院校人才培养工作中,积极探索“双师素质”教师队伍的构建,能为教育教学活动的开展提供强有力的支持,促进人才培养工作的全面系统创新。本文从高职院校英语公共课程教学入手,对“双师素质”教师队伍的建设进行了系统的探究,力求能为高职院校公共英语教育提供师资保障,全面促进英语教学质量和人才培养质量的提升。 In the talent training work of higher vocational colleges, actively exploring the construction of a team of “dual teacher quality” teachers can provide strong support for the development of education and teaching activities and promote the overall system innovation of talent training. Starting with the teaching of English public courses in higher vocational colleges, this paper systematically explores the construction of the team of “dual teacher quality” teachers, striving to provide teacher guarantee for public English education in higher vocational colleges, and comprehensively promoting the improvement of the quality of English teaching and talent training.
