摘要
为测评医学生医患沟通能力遵循通用量表的规范与要求,采用文献调研、专家论证、样本调查等方法,构建包括沟通态度、沟通内容、沟通效果3个维度18个条目的医学生医患沟通能力评价体系。结果表明此体系可在我国医患沟通技能教学中推广应用,对提升我国医学生医患沟通能力具有积极意义。
In order to evaluate the medical students’ doctor-patient communication ability and follow the norms and requirements of the general scale, the study used methods such as literature research, expert demonstration, and sample survey. The study constructed an evaluation system for medical students’ doctor-patient communication ability which include eighteen items and three dimensions of communication attitude, communication content and communication effect. The results show that this system can be popularized and applied in the teaching of doctor-patient communication skills in China, and it has positive significance for improving the doctor-patient communication ability of Chinese medical students.
