摘要
中国饮食文化作为中华文化的根基,在国际文化交流中起着重要作用。该文以武汉市18-35岁留学生为对象,借助问卷调查与个人访谈,在了解中国饮食文化国际传播现状与问题的基础上,从饮食文化传播主体、传播内容及传播手段角度,尝试提出了推动中国饮食文化“走出去”的可行性建议,以期实现其有效国际传播。
As a foundation of Chinese culture,Chinese food culture plays an important role in intercultural communication.This paper,taking international students aged 18-35 in Wuhan as research subject presents the status quo and problems of international communication of Chinese food culture by means of questionnaires and individual interviews.On the basis of that,feasible suggestions over promoting Chinese food culture to go global are offered from three perspectives comprising subject,content and means of communication,in the hope of achieving the goal of effective international communication of Chinese food culture.
