摘要
红色文化资源是中国共产党人运用马克思主义基本原理指导中国革命实践和社会主义现代化建设过程中形成的宝贵资源,具有厚重的历史文化底蕴和丰富的时代内涵,为高校思想政治教育提供了丰富的源泉和深厚力量。中国饮食文化是中华文化的重要组成部分,为高校思想政治教育提供了独特的内容和资源。红色饮食文化是红色文化资源和中国饮食文化的重要组成部分,研究红色饮食文化创新性融入高校思想政治教育,是加强和改进思想政治教育的重要路径,是丰富红色饮食文化内涵,传承红色基因时代任务,做好高校意识形态工作的现实需要。
“Red culture” resources are valuable resources formed by the Chinese Communists in the process of using the basic principles of Marxism to guide China’s revolutionary practice and the socialist modernization construction. They have profound historical and cultural deposits and rich connotation of the times, and provide a rich source and profound strength for the ideological and political education in colleges and universities. Chinese food culture is an important part of Chinese culture and provides unique contents and resources for the ideological and political education in colleges and universities. “Red food” culture is an important part of “red culture”resources and Chinese food culture. Studying the creative integration of “red food” culture resources into the ideological and political education in colleges and universities is an important way to strengthen and improve the ideological and political education, and it is a practical need to enrich the connotation of “red food” culture, inherit the task of the “red gene” of the time, and do a good job of ideological work in colleges and universities.
