摘要
随着城市化进程的不断加快,城市建设工作正在广泛进行,探索适应城市新发展阶段的工程管理模式成为重要的研究抓手。在此背景下,本文以区块链结构在工程管理模式中的应用方式为研究对象,以区块链与工程管理模式的同质特征为切入点,从去中心化、数据开放、全程加密与溯源三方面解析区块链结构的优势特征,结合实际分析城市建设工程管理中存在的主要问题。在此基础上,将区块链结构运用到工程管理模式的逻辑中,提出“信息化—精细化—全流程化”的可行性策略,以解决城市建设工程管理中相应的问题。通过将区块链结构与工程管理模式相结合,形成适应时代发展的新型城市建设与管理模式。
With the acceleration of urbanization process,urban construction work is being carried out widely,and exploring the project management mode adapted to the new stage of urban development has become an important research content.In this background,this paper takes the application method of the block chain structure in engineering management mode as the research object,takes the homogeneous characteristics of blockchain and project management mode as the starting point,analyzes the the advantages and characteristics of the blockchain structure from the three aspects of decentralization,data openness,full encryption and traceability,and then analyzes the main problems existing in the management of urban construction projects in combination with the actual situation.On this basis,the block chain structure is applied to the logic of the project management mode,and the feasibility strategy of“informationization-refinement-whole-process”is proposed to solve the corresponding problems in the management of urban construction projects.By combining the block chain structure with the engineering management mode,a new urban construction and management mode adapted to the development of the Times will be formed.
