摘要
为有效评价业主方的项目群管理水平并找出其管理过程中的薄弱环节,针对业主方项目群管理的特点并结合现有研究成果,将项目群管理分为可行性研究阶段、设计阶段、施工阶段、竣工验收阶段、保修阶段。通过分析项目群管理的特点,在现有项目管理成熟度模型OPM3的基础上,对该模型的九大知识领域维度进行适当变形,并对业主方的项目群管理成熟度等级进行划分;通过案例运用该模型评价业主方在施工阶段的项目群管理水平,进而确定业主方项目群管理水平的成熟度等级,验证了该模型预测结果的准确性,为其有效应用奠定了基础。
In order to make effective evaluation of owners' management and identify its weaknesses,the characteristics of the program management of owners is considered,the program management is divided into pre-planning phase,design phase,construction phase,acceptance phase,and warranty phase. Based on the project management maturity model-OPM3,the model's nine knowledge areas dimension is appropriate transformed and the program management maturity levels of owners are categorized too. Finally this model is used to evaluate owners' program management of construction phase,and owners' management maturity level is determined,so as owners' contract management,schedule control,cost control,organization,and coordination are immature. This conclusion is consistent with the actual situation,thus proving the accuracy of the model's predictions,and lay the foundation for its effective application.
