摘要
电源切换试验(ECT)为核电站大型联调失电瞬态试验。某核电机组执行ECT期间,汽轮机电动盘车在6.6 kV供电母线失电再供电后设备无法自动启动,在6.6 kV卸载信号消失120 s内设备出现非预期启动,与设计要求不符。为了保证电源切换期间设备能够正常动作、确保汽轮机安全可靠运行,对电动盘车异常动作原因进行了分析,确定异常动作的原因为非安全级数字化控制系统中驱动模块内部组态设置错误,需现场修改内部参数设置并增加报警复位逻辑。经验证,组态修改后设备可正常动作,满足设计要求。依据该研究成果解决了常规岛其他设备组态错误的问题,对于后续机组同类问题具有很高的借鉴价值。
The electrical change test(ECT)is a large intermodulation power loss transient test for nuclear power plants.During the ETC of a nuclear power unit,the turbine motor coiler could not start automatically after the loss of power to the 6.6 kV supply bus and the equipment started unintentionally within 120 s when the 6.6 kV unloading signal disappeared,which is not in accordance with the design requirements.In order to ensure the normal operation of the equipment during the power switchover and the safe and reliable operation of the turbine,the cause of the abnormal operation of the motor coiler is analyzed and it is determined that the abnormal operation is caused by the wrong internal configuration setting of the drive module in the non-safety level digital control system,and the internal parameter setting should be modified and the alarm reset logic should be added on site.It is verified that the equipment could operate normally and meet the design requirements after the configuration modification.Based on the research results,the problem of incorrect configuration of other equipment’s in the conventional island is solved,which has high reference value for similar problems in subsequent units.
