摘要
某核电机组执行应急配电盘电源从电网切换到柴油发电机试验(简称BAS试验)时,在切至柴油发电机供电后,核应急空压机出现无法正常带载问题。针对该问题,深入分析了空压机结构组成、电气原理和控制逻辑等,多方面联合进行模拟试验,设计和实施了电源改进和逻辑优化的改造方案,从根本上解决了问题。改进结果表明,改进后的空压机运行稳定,符合机组应急运行程序要求,既满足了电源切换对空压机的带载要求,又提高了核应急空压机对机组安全运行的保障,也为解决同类问题提供了参考。
When the nuclear power unit performed BAS test,after the normal power supply switch to the diesel power supply,the nuclear emergency air compressor can not be loaded normally.To solve the problem,the structure.electrical principle and control logic of the air compressor are deeply analyzed,simulation experiment jointly in many aspects are caried out,the power supply improvement and logic optimization are designed and implemented,therefore,the problem is solved fundamentally.The results indicate that the improved air compressor runs stability,conforms to the nuclear power units emergency operation regulations.It satisfy the load requirements of BAS test,and effectively improve the compressor to ensure the safe operation of the power units,it also provides reference for solving similar problems.
