摘要
信息技术的快速发展为核电厂实现数字化、信息化、智能化创造了条件。为提高核电厂运行效率、降低建设成本、减少人力投入,对核电厂配套设施(B0P)传统仪控设计方案进行了研究和改进。基于“分散控制,集中管理”的原则,取消原控制方案中分散的就地控制系统,设立B0P综合控制室,采用了统一的分布式控制系统(DCS)控制平台。为减少巡检工作量,采用了视频识别系统对关键区域进行远程监控,并可在综合控制室控制摄像头的动作。系统可对监控对象的画面进行自动识别并报警。经研究此方案,可实现对B0P各子项的集控管理,减少运行人力投人,降低建设成本。国内核电厂B0P主要采用各子项分散控制的方式,控制室分散,控制平台不统一。经调研,该研究方案在国内核电领域具有创新性。
The digitization,informatization and intellectualization of nuclear power plants are made possible by the rapid development of information technology.In order to raise the operation efficiency,the construction cost and manpower input are reduced,and the traditional I&C design for balance of plant(BOP),in nuclear power plant is improved with advanced information technology.Based on the principle of distributed control and centralized management,the original distributed control systems are cancelled and the BOP centralized control room is setup.And then,the unified distributed control system(DCS)control platform is adopted.In order to reduce the workforce of routing inspection,video recognition system is adopted to monitor important area of BOP items.The cameras can be controlled from centralized control room.The recognition system can recognize the objects monitored and give alarm signals automatically.By the study,centralized management is implemented,and workforce in nuclear power plant and construction input are reduced.BOP items of nuclear power plants in China are controlled separately.There is a control system in each item and the platform is different from each other.According to the investigation this design is innovative.
