低铁耗冶炼对钢水中残余元素的影响及控制措施

摘要 综述了废钢分类、废钢中残余元素及相关标准规定。为应对低铁耗冶炼引起的钢水残余元素波动甚至是超标,国内各大钢铁企业重视废钢的分类、利用和管理,通过区分自产废钢、外购废钢,冶炼不同钢种配加不同废钢进行钢水成分控制。国内高校及企业积极研究废钢成分智能分类技术,为工业化应用奠定了理论基础。 The classifications of scrap steel,residual elements in scrap steel and relevant standards are summarized.In order to cope with the fluctuation of molten steel residual elements caused by low iron consumption smelting,domestic steel enterprises pay attention to the classification,utilization and management of scrap steel.They control the composition of molten steel by distinguishing between self-produced scrap and purchased scrap,smelting different steel grades and adding different scraps.It is pointed out that domestic colleges and universities have conducted exploratory research on the intelligent classification technology of scrap steel composition,which lays a theoretical foundation for future industrial applications.
