转炉炼钢降低铁水消耗的实践 被引量:5

摘要 通过增加废钢量(采用稳定铁水质量、铁水包废钢预热、炼钢用煤补热、用二次燃烧氧枪、提高废钢重料比等措施),减少钢铁料消耗(靠完善生产组织、改进冶炼和浇铸工艺、提高连浇炉数、减少回炉钢等)和实行承包管理,使措施得以落实,从而实现降低铁水消耗。 Reduction of hot metal consumption can be expected by charging more scrap (by stabilizing hot metal quality, preheating scrap in ladle, supplying auxiliary heat in steel refining by addition of coal, utilizing post combustion oxygen lance and raising scrap/heavy material ratio), reducing consumption of iron charge and steel charge (by perfecting production organization, improving refining and casting processes, inereasing sequence casting heats and decreasing returned steel heats), and implementing the cont- ract management so as to put all fore-going measures into effects and realize the set object of reducing hot metal consumption.
