摘要
降低铁水消耗,提高废钢配加比例后,炼钢成本和炼钢工艺均发生了变化。结合唐钢不锈钢公司生产现状,针对不同钢种质量的要求,通过转炉模型计算废钢配比,研究了高废钢比例条件下废钢熔化、焦炭补充热量、生铁块使用量、操作等因素对炼钢工艺的影响,并提出了控制措施,保证了品种钢冶炼的稳定进行。
After reducing the consumption of molten iron and increasing the proportion of scrap, both of the steelmaking cost and steelmaking process have changed. According to the production status of Tangshan Stainless Company, aiming at the different quality requirements of steel, the scrap ratio is calculated by the converter model, the effect of scrap melting, coke added heat, iron consumption, operation on the steelmaking process were studied. And control measures were proposed to ensure the stability of steel smelting.
