摘要
在人们物质生活不断丰裕及消费水平提高的背景下,食品也呈多元化发展趋势,促使人们有了更多选择。但值得注意的是,若食品存在安全隐患,摄入后则会直接损害人们的健康,甚至危及生命,故强化食品检测就显得尤为重要,可进一步确保食品的安全性。本文主要围绕食品检测对食品安全的重要意义进行了探讨、分析,以供参考。
Under the background of people’s abundant material life and the improvement of consumption level,food is also developing in a diversified trend,prompting people to have more choices.However,it is worth noting that if there are potential safety hazards in food,it will directly damage people’s health and even endanger their lives after ingestion.Therefore,it is particularly important to strengthen food testing to further ensure the safety of food.This paper mainly discusses and analyzes the important significance of food testing to food safety for reference.
